Wāhanga 3 Wiki 9: Mahuru Māori

 Kia Ora Tātou,

If you didn't know that this month is mahuru māori , so the tamariki of akomanga 16 have been working on not only learning different kupu but also sentences and making sure to use them at home!

Levi's kupu

This is to encourage whanau to use Te Reo in the home and increase the confidence of our tamariki.
We had a great week continuing to learn about ngā atua Māori, increasing our vocabulary in both languages and reviewing our statistics knowledge.

TuhiTuhi: Levi
Tuhituhi: Remy

Fun activity: Tūmatauenga by Remy

I have noticed a real improvement in our students Te Reo reading, pronunciation and confidence, Ka rawe ngā tamariki o te akomanga nei!
