Kia ora koutou, yes we made it, stayed connected, had some fun and learnt some new knowledge along the way. I am really proud of our tamariki who engaged in meets each day as i have seen real promise and growth in their Te Reo. We all did our best to keep connected and learning.
We celebrated Chinese Language week in week 10 with daily activities and a challenge for the week. Some of our tamariki submitted awesome pieces of mahi. Our Chinese zodiac winners were for the tuakana: Buster and teina: Remy, they both will get 50 tokens towards their Fale. All other entries will recieve 10 tokens each.
I know this lockdown has been a long one but hope all goes well over our holidays and we are back together in our akomanga learning and playing in our kura. We have a big term ahead, so enjoy your holidays and lets celebrate our learning!

WOW room 16. I am really liking the your drawing. I love the detail that was put into drawing them. When I look closely I can see that you are using the skill of shading. This is a hard skill to get right. Well done. Levi I love your creativity in not drawing but making it. Kai Pai everyone. Looking forward to seeing what other work you hand in.
